My boyfriend, Mark Skinner, was sent by the University of Las Vegas’ campus newspaper, The Rebel Yell, to cover the Republican National Convention. Gabriella Keys, 20, a future broadcasting student at the College of Southern Nevada, expressed a common misconception people have about the 90-year-old organization Planned Parenthood. While they advocate choice, Planned Parenthood-affiliated health centers don’t actually perform abortions in Nevada.
